Dixon Quick Coupling is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in Dallas, NC! This position will oversee the manufacturing operation of the organization while supporting the purchasing, sales, and engineering functions. Safety and superior customer service are a top priority. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day activities and work performance of associates, assessing staffing and inventory levels, monitoring flow of materials through the manufacturing process and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Oversee manufacturing and quality
- Manage production and the production planning process
- Manage an established workforce: coach, train, lead, develop, hire
- Implement process improvements
- Embrace Dixons Mission, Vision, and Values
- Key member of ISO 9001 implementation team
- Standardize processes where possible
- Implement preventive maintenance plan
- Work closely with General Manager to develop strategic planning

Bachelors or better.
