The Boss / Eagle Division is seeking a CAD Designer to join our team in Houston, TX! Dixon BOSS/Eagle manufactures valves and fittings primarily for the energy, chemical, and railroad markets. We have quite a few product development projects in the queue and need drafting assistance.
As a CAD Designer, you will be a key member of the Dixon BOSS/Eagle engineering team. As such, you will create accurate customer and production drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. You will also be called on to create MRP system routings and to assist the production and sales teams by answering technical questions regarding drawing interpretation. The CAD Designer will work within and also support the maintenance of an established quality system.

- Create design layouts and detail drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Create production routings in the MRP system
- Field questions from production regarding drawing and MRP system issues
- Field questions from sales and customer service regarding product specifications
- Other duties as required

Associates or better in Design and Technical Production or related field.
1-3 years: CAD drafting or design experience
