Description
Bearon is looking for a CNC Set-up Operator/Trainee to join our team in Landisville, PA! This person will program CNC Lathe machines to produce parts from engineered drawings. The right candidate will also learn basic programming, set-up, and inspections. Having these skills is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work safely around equipment and co-workers
- Set up, program, and operate CNC Lathes
- Trouble shoot programming issues during the manufacturing process
- Perform quality control checks during the manufacturing process and adhere to ISO Standards
- Willingness to learn new things and train others as appropriate
- Daily cleaning and maintenance activities
- Flexibility with rotating assignments
- Work as part of a team and participate in training
COMPETENCIES:
