Dixon is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Distribution Team in Dallas, NC. You will assist customers with sales and product inquiries, handle incoming customer orders, and respond to customer problems. You need to be able to determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere to company policy. You will also need to be able to handle and process returns, as well as help with cycle counts. Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.

- Provide excellent customer service with both internal and external customers
- Follow up with customers to make sure customer needs are satisfied
- Process customer orders via fax, phone, email
