DePelchin is seeking a QI Evaluator with evaluation skills and experience who is familiar with contract monitoring and outcomes-based evaluation. The QI Evaluator position services both agency contracts, as well as Agency quality improvement initiatives. Primary responsibilities include Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) monitoring, assisting with agency accreditation, program evaluation, and report writing.

Education



Experience

Required

Bachelors degree in behavioral science, social science or a related field required. Masters degree in behavioral science, social science or a related field preferred.

Ability to use relational and flat database software (Excel, Access, SPSS).

Knowledge of psychometrics, descriptive and inferential statistics, and non-parametric tests

Competent writing skills, including the rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style

Demonstrate interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and positive relationships with others.

Identify/anticipate/recognize problems that relate to work responsibilities.

Demonstrate creative problem-solving at all levels and ability to make complex decisions.

Understand programs and interventions used in social and mental health services.

Ability to represent the program and the Agency to outside groups professionally.

Ability to shift perspectives and to consider all aspects of program monitoring and/or evaluation from a variety of perspectives (e.g. program staff, managerial staff, the funder, the client).

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in order to meet critical deadlines.
