  5. Confirm your appointment the day before, so that your craftsman arrives on time and ready to work

Our time plus materials model saves you time. And money.

To make your handyman project as affordable and efficient as possible, we develop a work order with set hourly rates. When the Handyman Matters craftsman arrives at your home, he or she will review the project with you and give you a time estimate in writing. With Handyman Matters there are no inflated estimates. No hidden cost surprises. And all of our home improvement work is guaranteed.

Our minimum service starts at just one hour, and we charge only for the actual hours we work, with all charges discussed and agreed upon before the project even starts. If you want, you can supply your own materials, to keep your project affordable. Or you can have us supply the materials, and we will warrant them for a full year.
