Description:
Consult with HR Business Partners to identify compensation needs and provide necessary analysis, recommendations, consultation and expert advice. Conduct detailed job evaluations as necessary to ensure proper internal and external classification to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Gather, submit and analyze survey data and make recommendations on pay ranges. Complete annual market data analysis working collaboratively with HR Business Partners. Assist in the design of compensation programs that link to business unit strategy. Provide input and assistance on the design and administration of the annual salary planning process, incentive plans and other recognition programs. Compile complex reports and analyses, anticipate future compensation related needs, and research compensation trends. May serve as a leader on strategic projects and assignments and adapts broader Compensation programs and practices to support business plans and priorities.
Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related area or equivalent experience. Five plus years of experience performing increasingly complex compensation analysis. General compensation knowledge required, including compliance with state and federal regulations. Candidate must be detail oriented, have a strong focus on accuracy, be well organized and able to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities. Demonstrated consulting skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word is also required. Experience with PeopleSoft HR\Compensation modules preferred.
