Successful candidate will supervise a work group ranging from 10 to 55 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Estimate personnel needs and assignment of work to meet production demands Adhere to and apply policies, procedures and employment laws Supervise, coordinate and provide leadership Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations based on the review Adhere to ISO regulations Promote a safe and comfortable work atmosphere Apply good people skills Communicate up and down with professionalism Promote continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5s, process improvements and design Ability to work positively and manage others in a fast paced, team oriented, manufacturing environment Must actively work to increase the overall quality level and decrease safety risk
