Title: Quality Manager

Core Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment of the quality culture throughout the entire value chain.
Ensure the customers specifications are adhered to, and parts are repaired to meet FAA, EASA or CAAC regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong relationship with external and internal customers, management team, and suppliers to ensure quality level is meeting expectations.
Partner with continuous improvement team to implement, maintain, and enhance activities to continuously improve manufacturing quality.
Manage the Corrective Action Process to insure preventative actions are executed to eliminate reoccurrences.
Plans, promotes, and organizes quality and reliability training activities. Investigate and respond to customer complaints regarding quality.
Provide leadership and guidance to inspectors, operators, and internal auditors.
Qualifications:
**Must come from the AEROSPACE industry
**Must have AFTERMARKET experience
**Must have maintenance/repair shop experience
**Must have knowledge and experience of FAA Regulatory System (Title 14 CFR Part 145). Knowledge of CAAC and EASA regulatory systems is a plus.
**Aftermarket background is REQUIRED
**Maintenance Overhaul/Repair shop experience is a must
Strong knowledge and experience of ISO or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
Strong and proven leadership. Must have supervisory/leadership experience.
Proven track record of promoting and fostering positive employee relations.
Demonstrated successful project management skills and ability to contribute to strategic decision making processes.
Proven success interacting with customers, peers, senior management, and other functional areas to assure the best quality systems are in place and being adhered to.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in an engineering/technical field or related business field required. Advanced degree preferred.
