Manufacturing corporation in Alabama is searching for a Vice President of Human Resources. BS degree required with 10-25 years of progressive experience in the human resources field. Successful candidate would be responsible for 4 locations, totaling 500 employees, and should have experience with managing multiple locations. Must have a broad HR Generalist background with labor relations and union negotiations experience. Must have Environmental, Health, and Safety experience, must have experience in a manufacturing environment, and should have a comprehension of legal and labor laws in China. Would oversee the development and administration of benefits programs, compensation structures, performance management and organization feedback, HR association in mergers and acquisition transitioning, organizational structure and development, talent management and bench strength development, training and professional development of management, college recruiting, employee relations and culture building, employee recruitment and retention, compliance and reporting functions, and diversity and affirmative action processes.
