This is a newly created position that will have HR generalist responsibility for manufacturing and office employees. The company has 2,400 union employees in four heavy manufacturing sites in close proximity to each other in Wisconsin. The HR Manager will primarily be at the one largest facility (1,000 union employees plus 400 non-exempt employees) but will support the other three facilities as needed. All facilities are 2 shifts, 5 days a week operations. The position has a major emphasis in labor relations and recruiting (the company will be adding 500+ new employees at the four facilities in the next 12 months). The company has an outstanding relocation policy for new employees. This position reports to a Senior HR Manager.
