Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to work on the night shift. This is a generalist position working in hematology, chemistry, and blood bank. The selected candidate will work alongside 3 other techs on the night and will be required to work every 3rd weekend.
Requirements
X Must be certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology as an MT or MLT
X Medical Technologists with 2+ years of experience preferred, however, new graduates will be considered
X Medical Laboratory Technician must have 5+ years of experience
X Medical Technologists must hold a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or closely related field
X Medical Laboratory Technicians must hold a minimum of an Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
X Recent experience working in hematology, chemistry, and blood bank.
Salary
Medical Technologist: $45,000-65,000
Medical Laboratory Technician: $34,500-50,000
Night shift differential: 15% up to $5.00/hr
Weekend Shift Differential: 8% up to $3.00/hr
