Building Products manufacturer near PA/MD border is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to manage the the Six Sigma/Lean programs with an emphasis on Continuous Process Improvement, Cost Effectiveness, and Safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading all Lean Manufacturing efforts, Six Sigma programs
- Insuring the plant reaches all cost reduction goals
- Project Management
- Training/follow-up for Black and Green Belts
- Provide monetary figures for position - revenues, sales, budgets, purchases, etc.
Requirements:
A BS in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Continuous Process Manufacturing Environment, with at least 2 years managing Kaizen Programs; Project Management experience/skills; Computer literacy - spreadsheet experience a must. Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired.
