Human Resources Manager The position will provide Human Resources support and leadership to this manufacturing facility of about 400 non-union employees. Responsibilities include: Support the Princeton, IL manufacturing facility to build organizational capability in the location. Talent Management- Lead succession planning, development and movement of talent for the location. Drive the Employee Relations process for a manufacturing facility of 400+employees. Drive local/corporate/sector initiatives. Partners with operations leadership in the assessment, development, and management of talent for operations. Supports the Global Operations Long Range Plan and Organizational Leadership Review initiatives, specifically that impact the Princeton, IL location. Lead positive employee relations activities to maintain union-free. Support and continued cultural change through the utilization of change management tools, Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Knowledge & Work Experience: Manufacturing experience required Exposure and application of change management initiatives Organizational Development background and successful application of procedures, practices and programs Non-union experience Background in the development and deployment of strategic business initiatives
Education & Minimum Years of Experience: B.S. or B.A. in HR or related field required Masters highly preferred or working toward advanced degree 7-10 years Progressive HR Generalist experience required 5+ Years in an HR Management position
