Job Location: Simi Valley, CA

Direct and manage test engineering. Needs to be a hands on test manager with RF, aerospace/ UAV products.
Will ensure consistency of methods, tools and processes to ensure meeting project objectives and customer satisfaction.
Will Develop test programs for avionics, payloads, electrical propulsion systems and ground control stations.
Will develop design criteria for self test and built in test for prime hardware and software.
Will generate Qualification documents per Mil-Std- 810 and Mil-Std 461.
Documents designs with engineering drawings and written descriptions.
Writes fabrication and test procedures.
Supports flight test operations, some travel may be required.
Will manage hardware and software integration and validation of prime equipment.
Required Qualifications & Background
BS degree in an electrical engineering
10+ years experience in engineering management.
Must have experience designing electrical and electronic circuits and their associated development tools.
Must have worked in integration and test environment for 10+ years.
Aerospace and/or UAV experience a plus.
Familiarity with RF comm systems, antenna design and associated software a plus.
Excellent verbal and written skills - Leadership experience -
