InterWest Search, has been chosen to assist a 30+ bed unit in a great facility Henderson, NV in its search for a Manager of Med/Surg. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the department. Develops and implements goals and objectives. Defines standards for nursing and patient care practice; monitors and evaluates performance of staff. Helps in the retention, recruitment and development of competent staff. Reports to CNO.
