Human Resource Generalist needed Chemical Manufacturing Plant located within an hour of the Houston metro area. 3-8+ years experience in a plant and non-union facility. Plant size roughly 250 employees. Responsible for all aspects of HR: personnel, benefits, employee relations, workers comp, compensation, career counseling, recruitment, etc. PHR/SPHR certification a plus. HRIS a plus. 4 yrs in degree in Business/employee relations.
