We are currently seeking a Night Shift Staff Pharmacist for a acute care hospital pharmacy in Central California. The incumbent will provide pharmaceutical care to include: pharmacokinetic evaluation and monitoring; parenteral nutrition monitoring; chart review; antibiotic monitoring; drug information; and educational services; as well as annual goals adopted by the Department of Pharmacy. The position offers a 7 days on, 7 days off, 10 hr. day schedule.
