Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

  • Ensures that Tysons, VA office run smoothly on a daily basis.
  • Organizes for travel arrangements, schedule meetings and takes good care of the CEOs and Managing Directors agendas.
  • In charge of report preparing, collecting and analyzing of information lies within the duties of this assistant.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to solve business issues.
  • Develop employee communications; assist with policy development and new hire orientation.
  • Compiles relevant data and mail to present to directors and management.
  • Answer phone calls, emails and re-direct to appropriate parties when needed.
  • Performs general offices duties such as ordering supplies, organizing data, letters, financial statements and any other relevant documents.
  • Prepare letters, memos and report using the companys systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Bachelors in business administration or Human Resources related careers is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • +5 years of experience in similar roles.
