Large, international firm has immediate direct-hire opening for an Operations Coordinator in Menlo Park. Candidate should have stable work history in mid to large sized firm or corporation and experience with coordinating, training, and coaching the Guest Services, Facilities, and/or Print Mail staff. Operations Coordinator will also manage the scheduling and planning of conference rooms, guest offices, and special events; assisting Guest Services, Technology, and Facilities staff with organizing conference rooms, office equipment, and facility space and amenities.
