One of our valued clients has a customer service position available. This position works within the service department, working with customers old and new. Candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers to increase business and customer experience. A qualified candidate will be able to effectively communicate with customers via phone, text and email. Obviously great communication skills, phone etiquette and basic computer skills are required. This is a full-time day shift Monday through Friday. This is a permanent long-term position offering benefits and pay increases.
