Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Answer all incoming calls
- Accurately file invoices
- Enter daily sales orders
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant
- Degree preferred
- Must have a Good Attitude, Attention to Detail, and be Extremely Organized
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office or retail setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
Compensation for the Administrative Assistant
- Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 /hour, depending on experience
