Due to an increase in business and continued growth, our client seeking an experienced Account Executive with IT staffing or professional services staffing industry experience. The Account Executive is responsible for business development and growth of client base. The ideal candidate will be expected to plan and manage the Sales life-cycle, calling on clients and prospects, building relationships, generating new business, and assuring the smooth delivery of resources.
The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities with clients ranging from mid-sized organizations to Fortune 500.
- Be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Be a strategic thinker with a positive attitude and team player
- Be experienced in direct selling activities including prospecting, cold calling, account-based networking, professional association participation, and community involvement
- Provide leadership, direction and ongoing communication and support to clients
- Proactively develop effective business relationships with clients and key decisions makers in order to meet or exceed sales goals
- 3+ years as an Account Executive or Recruiter in the IT staffing industry
- Proven track record as an Account Executive or Recruiter in the IT staffing industry
- Ability to develop and grow large and mid sized accounts
