Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Boston, MA
Hub Technology Group continues to have on going contract needs for administrative professionals. Project range from 3-6+ months, many include the opportunity to transition to permanent employees if selected. General responsibilities include;
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to high volume of scheduling requests
  • Arranging and organizing complex meetings involving high level attendees
  • Provides wide range of complex office and administrative support
  • Prepares daily and weekly summaries for daily and weekly schedules
  • Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Serves as principal contact and source of information for staff & customers.
  • Develops, implements and administers office procedures and policies
  • Provides a variety of support including keyboarding, composing and editing letters, reports, presentations, and more
  • Use multiple common office applications including word processing, database management, spreadsheets, graphics and presentation software, electronic calendar, email.
  • May attend meetings with executive to provide logistical support, take detailed notes, and track needed follow up items
Desired experience:
  • 1-2 years of Administrative experience in a professional setting
  • College degree preferred but not required
