Global leader in process measurement and control is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Application Sales Engineer at company?s Southern, NJ location just south of Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ.
Responsibilities:
-> The Application Sales Engineer will join an elite team of professionals that receive, respond and assist customers select the proper company products and services
-> Analyze customer requirements and determine in real-time which company products will best solve the customer?s application requirements
-> Gather information, prepare quotations, enter and expedite orders and follow up with customers while providing superior customer service
-> Interact with customers via telephone, fax, e-mail to ensure that the customer as well as Company requirements are met
-> Work with other departments to improve our products and process
Requirements:
-> Strong technical product and systems sales background with at least 4 years of relevant experience
-> Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree or background with a minimum of 4 years of experience with inbound customer calls and customer application assistance
-> Solid understanding of process measurement, test and control instrumentation is required with particular emphasis upon sensor and control applications
-> Familiarity and usage of customer database systems
-> Strong written and oral communication skills
