Global Power Management Technology company located in Southern, California, is actively searching for a Yield Engineer with IGBT(Insulated Gate Bi-polar Transistor), and Power semi-conductor experience.
Responsibilities:
-> Overseeing Yield Enhancement, Technology Transfer, and New Product Introduction in IRTM (Infrared Thermal Mapper) fabrication
-> Project planning, and device layout for new products
-> Planning, coordinating, and analyzing engineering experiments on development lots to improve product performance, quality, and profit margin
Requirements:
-> Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, or related field
-> 5-10 years of power semiconductor experience
-> Must have experience with IGBT (Insulated Gate Bi-polar Transistor)
-> Must have process integration knowledge
-> Knowledge of Power semiconductor device physics fundamentals is preferred
-> Systematic problem solving skills are required
