Job Location: ABERDEEN, SD

A growing manufacturer is in search of a General Manager to provide leadership and direction for its South Dakota operations.
Responsibilities:
-> Responsible for the profitability of operations
-> Responsible for administrating company core values
-> Responsible for the safety results of operations
-> Responsible for selecting and developing T1 staff
-> Responsible for preparing the annual business plan, annual capital plan, and managing cash flow
-> Responsible for meeting customer agreements/growing business
-> Responsible for driving a Lean Six culture
Requirements:
-> Minimum 4 year college degree, advanced degree a plus
-> Fifteen years experience, with five years in a senior position. Experience in composites and wind energy a plus
-> Strong financial understanding
-> Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse work force
-> Demonstrated abilities in oral and written communications
