Wireless Telecom service company is looking for an Operations Branch Manager with 10-15 years of related EF&I experience to join their team in Reading, PA and manage this small office. The main service you will provide will be DC Power Engineering, Installation & Maintenance Services to the Wireless Communications Industry. You will manage this branch office and the operations for the region which will include managing a group of 6-10 Field Technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of assigned projects, coordination of logistical items required for project implementation, pre and post job customer contact, management of on-site personnel, job profitability and completion of job related paperwork for their assigned territory. Responsibilities:
-> Manage 6-10 DC Technicians - provide coaching, annual performance reviews, & review expense reports
-> Schedule technicians to perform projects & ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
-> Manage Projects
-> Complete P&L for each job - track and manage actual time and travel vs. quoted amounts, actual materials vs. quoted materials and actual equipment vs. quoted
-> Manage Office Budget - track office revenue, expenses & report monthly budget status
-> Manage Office facilities - maintain office areas, office equipment, warehouse inventory & technician tooling
-> Ensure Quality - perform quality inspection on projects, provide quality inspection reports, & mentor and coach technicians on how to improve quality
-> Ensure job completion reporting into accounting department for billing
Requirements:
-> Experience as a Project Manager, Field Service Manager, or Operations Manager in the Wireless Communications industry
-> Specific experience as a Technician, Engineer or Manager involved in DC Power installations and Battery Maintenance Services
-> A BS degree would be considered a plus
-> Local to Reading or West Philly, PA
