Responsibilities:
-> Employ classical laminate analysis methods for composite materials, and provide documentation of stress analysis results in clear concise reports -> Performing analysis on structures and deployables in space applications for restricted access programs -> Duties include requirements definition, conceptual, preliminary and detail analysis, design review presentations, and support to test phases -> Lead a structural analysis work package
Requirements:
-> Current SSBI required -> BS in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering) -> 10 years experience with mechanical / structural analysis of spacecraft structures -> Strong engineering skills in structural analysis, NASTRAN, PATRAN, classical hand analysis and closed form solutions
