Design Build client is looking for a Lead Process Architect for their Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Facilities division. You need at least 12 years of related experience and a BS degree in Architecture from an accredited program. A Master's degree is preferred. You need strong knowledge of life safety codes in industrial and FDA environments (UBC/IBC/NFPA). You need a background in FDA regulated facility design and knowledge of regulations. You need working knowledge of ISPE Baseline Guides and Commissioning and Qualification process. You should have some experience in clean room design. You will be expected to perform feasibility studies as well as conceptual and schematic designs. You will provide senior technical leadership of preliminary and detailed designs. You will supervise the preparation and check the accuracy of design documents. You will incorporate applicable codes, construction techniques and sequences in projects. You are expected to develop designs in compliance with regulatory requirements, including applicable life safety codes and GMP/FDA requirements. You will also need to support conceptual design reviews with regulatory agencies. You will be expected to maintain good client relations. You will act as the client liaison to cultivate new and existing clients. You will need to contribute to business development and assist in the preparation of proposals and/or presentations.
