Leading Manufacturer and designer of high quality fabricated products has need for a Manager of Manufacturing in South Texas. This is a hands-on, on the floor position for manual, custom, non-repetitive manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities:
-> Manage large fabrication shop
-> Interpret drawings and designs
-> Apply modern shop technology, scheduling, and supervision techniques
-> Meet required deadlines for assigned projects
Requirements:
-> Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-> Manufacturing management and leadership experience (preferably in a fabrication or pressure vessel related field)
-> Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Manufacturing shop manager
-> Experience in Modern Manufacturing Processes such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
-> Ability to interpret piping (pressure Vessel) blue prints
