One of our clients is actively searching for a Project Manager who has the capability and experience to perform Performance Based Contract remediation for vertical and horizontal construction projects in Central Georgia.
Responsibilities:
-> Schedule construction projects
-> Make sure that projects have the resources and talent require to meet the completion date
-> Ensure safety rule and regulations are met by team
-> Take and maintain budgets for all projects
-> Ensure all QA/QC standards and procedures meet company and rules and regulations
-> Travel and meeting with clients to build and maintain relationships
-> Meet goals set for Performance Based Contracts
Requirements:
-> Experience in horizontal and vertical construction
-> 10 years managing multi-discipline remediation and construction projects having price tags of $1,000,000 and higher
-> Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), or related field
-> US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management Training preferred not required
-> excavation, demolition, construction of remediation systems, operation and maintenance of remediation systems and site close-out activities
-> Security clearance is important for government projects
-> 40% travel
