Immediate Need near Los Angeles, California for an Area Vice President with a strong DAS background leading a high performance sales team.
Responsibilities:
-> The candidate will oversee full profit and loss accountability for operations within an assigned territory, while setting clear direction, area priorities, and objectives for Business Development Territory Managers
-> Achieve revenue, lease-up, back billing, expenses and EBITDA budget area target, also conduct monthly P&L review with finance team and prepare quarterly Area operations review
-> Evaluate and approve / deny modifications to existing sites based on an ROI analysis of tower extensions, structural & foundation modifications, drop and swaps, compound expansions, etc
-> Work with Land Management team to recommend tax reduction strategies, attend tax hearings and assist with tax foreclosure emergencies
Requirements:
-> Minimum 10 years sales management experience leading teams selling to wireless carriers or a related industry is required
-> Advance Degree is strongly preferred (MBA) but not required
-> At least 10 years wireless industry experience is required
-> Bachelors Degree is required
-> Approximately 50% travel will be required in support of position responsibilities
