Responsibilities:
-> Provide project engineering, technical consulting, sales and marketing support in the areas of RF, Electrical Design, Mechanical Design, and Test
-> Create proposals and Technical specifications of components, parts, products, systems
-> Act as Project Engineer on special projects
-> Write procurement specifications and requisitions
-> Review or create test plans and procedures
-> Take the lead in developing a depot level electronics test and repair facility
-> Train team of electronic techs to handle system installs, rack & stack efforts, and broad based RF testing
-> Provide on site engineering assistance for emergency situations or critical installations
-> Travel, make presentations to customers, problem solve, negotiate
-> Accountable for technical compliance of proposals, components, work packages
Requirements:
-> Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering ( BSEE )
-> 5 - 10 years of RF experience at component and systems level
-> Demonstrated supervisory or management experience
-> Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
-> Familiarity with design and manufacturing
-> Design and drafting using AutoCad
-> Technical writing and Computer programming skills
