Job Description:
The selected candidate will be doing electronic repair and service of high end RF & microwave & aviation test equipment (transponders, navigation, etc..). Some Calibration & repair of test equipment used in servicing aircraft & aircraft components. Equipment ranges from specific aircraft test sets ( i.e. pilot / static test set used for verifying altimeters and other aircraft instruments ) to standard industrial test equipment (i.e. micrometers, calipers, multimeters, pressure indicating devices, torque equipment, & etc ). Test equipment verified to government or manufactures specification.
Avionics experience is required. You must have the ability to travel up to 50 of the time with a maximum time away of 2 weeks per trip. Electronic & mechanical background preferred. Entry level calibration skills a plus. (test & calibrate mechanical, electrical & pressure gages).
