Bachelors Degree with experience in various disciplines with an understanding of the engineering, business, procurement and manufacturing activities. Demonstrated understanding of Configuration Management principles. Functional knowledge of Bill of Material (BOM) in relationship to Configuration Management. CM II certification preferred Proficiency in written and oral communication using the English language. Demonstrated ability to operate independently and in team environment. Demonstrated planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated computer skills including MSProject, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Position Responsibilities:
Change Specialist will be responsible for timing and coordination using Teamcenter Tools to create change objects and workflows. Serve as the Configuration Management subject matter expert and drive discipline at the program level. Coordinate approvals, review meetings and change incorporation and help prioritize Product Change Board (PCB) activities. Set up change requests and manage; run change meetings; validate classification of change; coordinates determining the effectivity date; manages change notice process; sentences Problem Report internally and externally; process PR, change request and CNs; creates change notice; assigns problem owner; records change meeting and design review decisions in system; prepares agenda and minutes; manages action meetings; groups together similar PRs, CRs and CNs; provides metrics for change process.
