Position Summary

Requirements
Work Experience/Skills REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in benefits or a related field such as HR or Accounting which includes managing programs/plans
- Prior experience in vendor relationship management
- Proven financial & quantitative analysis skills
- Customer-focused
- Proficiency with project management
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Ability to work independently and interact collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Work Experience/Skills PREFERRED:
- Previous experience in managing benefit plan vendors
- Previous experience in RFP development & vendor selection
Education REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Other Skills:
CEBS designation
