Position Summary
We are looking for someone to join our Enterprise Technology Services group as a Applications Systems Analyst. In this role you will perform the following duties:
· Provide quality and timely support regarding service requests, incidents, and run book activities as defined in the SLA .
· Provide estimates of effort and duration required for development work on enhancements and projects.
· Ensure application changes from development are successfully migrated into production.
· Execute development process for assigned work products within the scope of Change/Release for enhancements and projects.
· Ensure system documentation is current and up to date.
· Coordinate with Product vendors’ technical support
· Complete all assigned enhancement requests within the agreed upon commitment date.
· Complete all project activities with in the specified timeline of the project.
· Provide support, development and testing to upgrade projects.
Requirements
* 2+ years developing and supporting business applications.
* Experience collaborating as a member of a project/support team.
* Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving ability. S
* trong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Well organized and able to prioritize and coordinate support task.
* Bachelor's degree in an IT related field.
Preferred experience:
* ITIL Foundations certification.
