Job Location: Hillsborough County, Florida
Salary: Pay: Up to 100K Annually
Job Qualification:
Must have the following in order to apply: Must have a Bachelors Degree with five (5 +) plus years of sales management and/or account support experience in aviation fuel distribution market. Must have a valid drivers license. Must demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, including revenue growth. Must have strong analytical skills plus the ability to “think outside the box”. Must have strong system skills, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must have excellent communication and writing skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Must be a team-oriented individual who can contribute equally as a team leader or team participant. Candidates must be a self starter able to carry out broad directives. Must be able to travel 50% of the time.

Preferred skills for position:
Fuel distribution or aviation related experience is a plus.

Job Description:
Responsible for managing overall Client relationships and achieving Client business objectives while creating new business opportunities within the aviation fuel distribution market. Will develop new and enhanced business support programs unique to the needs of the customer. Will ensures all deliverables meet the strategic requirements of the Client, add positive ROI and value to the Client, and adhere to the long term objectives of the Fixed Based Operator (FBO). Instinctively "rolling up one's sleeves" on Clients’ strategic issues is essential. Manage all aspects of the

Client relationships (70%)
  • Provide overall strategic direction and initiatives for each Client, ensure delivery of high-quality services and results consistent with Client goals for contracted services
  • Work with Senior Management to ensure company direction is being executed through the Team.
  • The qualified individual will possess the initiative and judgment to ensure customer expectations and service levels are exceeded.
  • Judgment skills must be strong to ensure full customer satisfaction and limit negative processing impacts.
  • Responsible for development of revenue growth within existing Client accounts.
  • At a minimum, conduct monthly meetings with the Client.
Create New Business (30%)
  • Proactively find and develop new accounts (New FBO’s). Must posses the ability to aggressively network, including cold calling to develop new business while maintaining the integrity and core values of the Company.
