Job Title: QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ANALYST
Job Description: This position has the responsibility for delivering the Quality Improvement functions for the agency. This staff will perform the ongoing monitoring of the agency quality improvement functions as well as special investigations and other projects that may be required. In addition, this position will have responsibility and involvement in the incident reporting process and may be required to perform investigations periodically. This position will provide advisory guidance and technical assistance to program staff in the area of regulations and procedures. Requires a Bachelor`s degree in Health or Human Services is required. However the bachelor`s degree could be substituted at the discretion of the agency if there are other factors that adequately compensate for this difference, such as experience in the field of developmental disabilities including experience in the area of quality improvement and/or compliance. Requires at least 3 years of related experience and a NYS Valid Driver`s License.
