Job Title: PSYCHOLOGIST/ BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST, QIDP
Job Description: Provide direct clinical and QIDP services in assigned residential programs; including developing,writing and revising IRA residential habilitation plans, ICF treatment programs, assessments, person-centered planning, and counseling. Develop, implement, monitor and revise behavioral treatment plans utilizing positive approaches and functional assessments. Conduct observations, review data and progress, and develop and revise treatment programs based on assessments. Requires Masters degree in Psychology and exceeds 671.6 HCBS Waiver Community Residential Habilitation Services. At least one (1) year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
