Job Description:
Overall responsibility and coordination of consumers, staff and program needs related to community employment generated form the Mt Kisco facility. Assists Director of Career Supports in creating strategies and opportunities that will promote and sustain community employment for individuals served. Responsible for case records to be audit compliant.
Requires HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred; experience working with MR/DD in rehabilitation preferred, as well as supervision experience; valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required. Ability to work effectively with employers, families, interdepartmental staff and other community and corporate contacts.
