Responsibilities includes receive attendance, invoice in general ledger, send invoices electronically for payment, receive and apply payments, maintain audit work papers, follow up on unpaid invoices, journal entries, daily deposit, open and stamp department mail. Requires Associates degree in Accounting or related field, 2 years related experience with good computer skills, proficiency in Windows, Excel and basic bookkeeping knowledge required. Data entry accuracy, good attendance/ dependability, and flexibility to work additional day during closing.
