Job Details:
Provide clinical education experiences and foster professional development of staff in clinical areas. This includes, but is not limited to, orientation of new staff and ongoing competency and training programs for current staff. Actively participate in quality and performance improvement activities. Collaborate with the management team as well as the Central Education Department.
Requirements:
RN, State of CT license or license eligible. BSN required, Masters degree preferred. Minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience in specialty area. Previous teaching experience in group setting preferred.
