The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting the other roles in the Company by providing direction as it relates to programs through designing, planning, and implementing of benefits administration, safety, staffing, compensation, training, workers’ compensation, OSHA, employee relations, visa/green card processing, policies and procedures, and employment law. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR administration, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Development area and 10-15 years of experience in the field and Masters’ degree in HR administration, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Development, preferred. This position is familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to head of a unit/department.
