Overview

Job Skills/Requirements
The Job Developer assists adults with disabilities in obtaining community-based employment. Develop job seeking skills, job placement options, and job coaching opportunities. Will also provide interventions that assist clients in maintaining employment, such as job/task analyses and skills training. Experience performing evaluations and/or client assessments preferred. An Associate's degree in Rehabilitation or related field is required. However, a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are necessary. Experience working with BVR/BSVI and individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. American Sign Language (ASL) training helpful.
