Overall Purpose/Job Objective:
Primary research responsibilities for this position will be to conduct research studies on conjugated linoleic acid production from soy oil and determine oil food and nutritional quality. The successful candidate will also be expected to write relevant grant proposals and publications and present research findings at professional meetings.
