Description:
The history department of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professorship in Early American history (to 1800) to begin in August, 2010. The successful candidate will teach upper-level and graduate courses in colonial and revolutionary America and work closely with the African and African American Studies Program. Teaching load is 2/2.

Minimum Requirements:
Ph.D. in history is required by the time of appointment.
