As an ERP System Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develops, plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. 
  • Determines scope of the project. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system. 
  • Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. 
  • Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration. 
  • Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with software engineers.
  • Ensures operations by training personnel; providing support for ERP related processes as the key point of contact for ERP users.
  • Creates system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
  • Facilitates training sessions and workshops on system processes.
  • Conducts regular audits of systems and generation of reports to both ensure standard practices and identify areas of improvement.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/Information Technology/Accounting/Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is required with hands on experience in an organization where systems software is the primary focus of activity.
  • Strong experience in utilizing ERP, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and Reporting systems.
  • Technical knowledge of ERP Applications.
  • Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills.
  • Exposure to complete software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface with end users and effectively support their requirements.
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience interfacing effectively between business and IT teams.
  • Good multi-tasking skills with capability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to gather and document complex business requirements.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools to generate dashboard analytics and system reports.
  • IFS ERP Experience highly preferred.
