Job Description
• Perform rubbing, patching, and blending on architectural product.
• Apply light, medium, or heavy sandblast to flat panels, spandrels, columns, etc. and match sandblast to customer’s requirements and expectations.
• Perform dry finish to concrete members during periods of inclement weather or when sandblasting is not scheduled.
• Wash retarder off members with exposed aggregate finish.
• Pressure wash and clean bricks.
• Replace and patch bricks as necessary.
• Consult with Supervisor, Plant Manager, Sales Staff, etc. to match sandblasted panel to customer’s requirements.
• Apply sandblast to sample panel as directed by Supervisor.
• Sandblast process includes various chemicals and materials such as; sand, acid wash, and/or sealers.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.

Qualifications
• No education required; HS Diploma or GED preferred
• No experience required; outdoor experience preferred (landscaping, construction, etc.)
• Training provided

Work Environment:
• The work areas are not climate controlled. Ambient temperatures and humidity will generally be the same as outdoor temperatures. In the summer, temperatures and humidity can be greater than the ambient temperature. In winter, they can be lower.
• Some work will be done in direct sunlight outdoors
• Due to the nature of the operation, the levels of noise, dust and dirt can be very high
